CCN’s, online “Best Practices in Critical Incident Response in the Workplace” is available on-demand, at any time. This is a free, 3 hour, online, multi-media training program that may be completed at the user’s own pace. CCN’s onsite “Best Practices in Critical Incident Response in the Workplace” builds on the information learned in the online course and provides participants with an opportunity to build and practice the skills used to provide onsite response services. Participants will gain insight and practice the skills necessary to effectively consult to managers and support employees involved in critical incidents.
