Crisis Care Network is proud of the more than 5000 masters and doctoral level professionals that comprise its nationwide network of critical incident specialists. We recognize the importance of identifying, recruiting and retaining specialists with the training, credentials and dedication to deliver a service that is best understood as a privilege that must be earned every day.

This is not ordinary work. It is work that changes lives, restores hope and renews vision for tomorrow. It is work that calls for commitment and excellence. Specialists serving in our network must possess a masters or doctoral degree in a mental health field and maintain licensure and/or certification to practice. In addition they must show demonstrated training in a phasic, multi-component approach to critical incident response such as that provided by the Red Cross, the ICISF, and FEMA, and carry 1 million/3 million in professional liability insurance. Beyond these primary requirements, Crisis Care Network requires its specialists to deliver services in accordance with the needs of the referrer and with respect to the customer-client relationship.

Recognizing the vital role our specialists play in delivering services, we’re dedicated to supporting and serving our specialists when they are called upon to deliver services, and providing them with on-going training opportunities to support the development of their skills.
