CCN Announces New Staff Positions
Dear CCN Customer:

As CCN grows and develops we continue to enhance resources for our customers and our network of specialists. We count it a privilege to serve as the industry’s proven, trusted partner and look forward to ongoing leadership in the delivery of best practices in critical incident response services. I am pleased to announce a number of new and exciting CCN team developments. Please join me in welcoming our new staff:

Betty Gilmore, PsyD
Dr. Gilmore will serve CCN as its new Director of Network Development and will focus on further advancing on-line and on-site critical incident response training for our network of critical incident specialists. Dr. Gilmore will also oversee credentialing and primary source verification. With 10 years of clinical experience and training in critical incident response services, Dr. Gilmore is well prepared to assist CCN in the development and delivery of credentialing and new training programs for its growing network of specialists. Dr. Gilmore is bilingual (Spanish) and comes to CCN from Grand Valley State University where she served as clinical psychologist and member of its critical incident response team. We are delighted to have her as part of our team and look forward to her joining us on January 1, 2005.

Jeff Gorter, MSW
Jeff Gorter will serve CCN as its National Account Manager and will primarily focus on ensuring that our customers' needs are always met. This involves assisting new customers with account activation and providing on-going support services for all CCN customers. Jeff will be working closely with Bob VandePol, CCN's President and Julie Zukowski, CCN's Director of Operations to make sure our customers' needs are always represented and addressed. Jeff brings 18 years of clinical experience including extensive on-site critical incident response training and services. Jeff comes to us from Pine Rest where he served as a therapist and member of its crisis response team. Jeff joined CCN just in time to participate with us at this year's EAPA conference. We look forward to the contributions he will continue to make to our team.

Warm Regards,

Lyle Labardee, CEO
