| Jeffrey Gorter Delivers Keynote Address at EAPA Event |
| Jeffrey Gorter, MSW, presented at the Southern Wisconsin EAPA Chapter, 17th Annual Conference on Employee Assistance, held in Milwaukee, WI on April 20th - 21st. The keynote address, “Critical Incident Response in Mass Disaster: Lessons Learned from Katrina”, explored the logistical and organizational challenges faced when CCN delivered services in the Gulf-Coast Region on behalf of many EAP customers, as well as reflected on the human costs that follow such an event. “It is a tremendous honor to be asked to present on such an important and humbling topic.” stated Mr. Gorter. In addition, he also conducted a break-out session on “The Application of Best-Practice Standards in a Mass Disaster.” |
