| CCN Participates in Bank Critical Incident Response Summit |

On December 7, a CCN customer in the banking industry sponsored a summit to address how to best meet the needs of workgroups and individuals impacted by critical incidents. The agenda included review of evidence-informed best practices, clear definition of protocols specific to corporate culture, and identification of the necessary elements in an absence-management to disability management continuum. CCN President Bob VandePol presented CCN's plan for pandemic preparedness and response. |
