Hello

We do important work and we must do it well. Every day CCN's network development efforts must build and develop a nationwide network of Specialists characterized by both 1) enough qualified members to provide prompt, cost-effective coverage everywhere our customers are located even in the face of mass disasters and 2) standardized delivery of the latest evidence-informed best practices in critical incident response to the workplace by competent and compassionate Specialists. Those two objectives are daunting but not mutually exclusive!

In this edition of Practice Points please take note of CCN's initiatives to harness technological and human resources to train, support, and provide a meaningful professional community experience for our specialty network. Current efforts include:

  • The launch of CrisisCoach 2.0 for Providers
  • Accelerated distribution of the 2006 version of our on-line/on-site training "Advancing Best Practices: Critical Incident Response to the Workplace"
  • Perpetual learning and leadership as we attend and present at numerous workplace-related professional conferences
  • Promotion of discounted specialty trainings by our alliance partner Kenyon International
  • The development of partnerships with organizations like Behavioral Medical Interventions to extend and coordinate a continuum of behavioral risk solutions.

Our investment in these initiatives will further enhance CCN's performance as your Proven Trusted Partner in the delivery of critical incident response services. Thank you for honoring us with your trust.
