Lyle Labardee
Founder & Chairman
 Lyle Labardee, LPC, founded Crisis Care Network in 1997 following his role as National Director of Crisis Response Services for one of the nation's leading managed care companies. Uniquely cross-trained in trauma counseling, public safety and risk management, Mr. Labardee brings 20 years of experience supporting over 15,000 on-site interventions to CCN’s delivery of critical incident response services.
Mr. Labardee is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been featured as an expert in crisis management on local television news broadcasts and has appeared in national publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Trauma Response, and Security magazine. Mr. Labardee received his initial training in critical incident response services through the ICISF’s Basic, Advanced and Train-The-Trainer courses. Mr. Labardee, a professional member of the American Counseling Association, completed his Masters degree at Gannon University in Pennsylvania and his Bachelors degree from the University of Dayton.
