Jeff Gorter
National Account Manager
Jeff Gorter, MSW, joined CCN in December of 2004 as its National Account Manager. Extensively experienced in clinical care and on-site critical incident response, Mr. Gorter works closely with CCN ‘s customers to ensure that service is delivered in accordance with their unique and specialized needs. He also assists CCN customers in activating their CCNet Web accounts so that they can access on-line utilization reports and refer and track cases on-line.
Mr. Gorter brings 18 years of clinical experience including extensive on-site critical incident response training and services.
Mr. Gorter was formerly employed by a private mental health care facility, Pine Rest, where he served as an outpatient therapist and member of its community crisis response team.
Mr. Gorter completed his Masters degree at Western Michigan University where he currently serves as an adjunct faculty member in the MSW program. Mr. Gorter obtained his undergraduate degree from Calvin College. Mr. Gorter received his initial training in critical incident response services through the ICISF’s Basic and Advanced courses.
