Mission
Crisis Care Network helps individuals and organizations return to work, life and productivity following critical incidents.

History
Founded in 1997 by its current Chairman, Lyle Labardee, LPC, Crisis Care Network began as a behavioral risk management consulting service for EAPs, insurers and employers in need of assistance following critical incidents. Building on its founder's cross training in emergency medical services, consulting and clinical counseling, CCN developed a 911-like approach to critical incident response services and pioneered the development of web-enabled software to refer and track critical incidents. CCN further expanded its network of over 5000 specialists and diverse customer base when it acquired Crisis Management International's (CMI) critical incident business and network in 2004. Experienced responding to over 15,000 requests for service, Crisis Care Network now plays a leading role in shaping the international, evidence-based best practices approach to critical incident response services.
